Once we have determined the most suitable property, we agree on a purchasing scheme before we start negotiation on your behalf. After negotiating the property at the lowest possible price and most favorable terms, we oversee the entire purchase process through to completion, connecting you with trusted surveyors and lawyers if needed.

The process described above may take several weeks or months to complete and we will be assisting you until you are completely satisfied with the results and finally become owner of the chosen property.
